We want you to love your Milk Makeup, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original eco-friendly Milk Makeup packaging or a similar mailer, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any USPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
